The website saves your light, dark or system appearance choice in this browser’s local storage. It does not require an account. Clearing site data removes that preference.
External links & forms.
The beta-request button opens Google Forms. If you submit it, the information is handled by Google and the form owner outside this website. Review the form and its privacy information before submitting. The website does not embed payment fields or request AI-provider keys.
Account & admin sign-in.
The administrator signs in through Firebase Authentication. Credentials are sent to that service over HTTPS, not stored in public website files. Firebase tokens are not written to browser storage. The local preview uses a random, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie for protected pages; it expires after 30 minutes and is revoked when you sign out. Private notes, buyer references, sale records and activation codes are stored in a protected Firebase database. Administrators manage mod access, codes and assignments. Billing links open the separate Google owner console; this site has no payment processor.
Your assigned codes & requests.
Account registration uses Firebase Authentication with email verification. Verified accounts can read only codes assigned to their user ID and their own request. Request details, the account email and submission time are saved for admin review; they are not public. Sign-in tokens and revealed codes are not written to browser storage. Leaving the page clears its in-memory Firebase tokens and revealed codes. A protected-page session can remain active until sign-out or its 30-minute expiry. Verification and recovery emails are requested only when you choose those actions. Do not include passwords, full access codes or card details in a request.
Your profile and account setup.
Account setup collects a display name, unit/badge identifier, optional profile picture and policy acceptance time. These identifiers do not grant admin privileges or a mod license. Local-preview profiles are stored on the preview computer outside the public website files. Custom pictures are resized and re-encoded before saving. Website activity shown to the administrator refers to recent preview-server sessions, not BeamNG player activity. Do not put real agency credentials or sensitive identifiers in your profile.
Hosting & third parties.
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. The site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. The preview’s protected pages use an essential authentication cookie. Your browser still makes ordinary hosting requests. This page describes the public website; it is not a privacy policy for external AI providers or a released mod.
